Sunburst Honeylocust is a deciduous tree with a rounded open canopy.  Its feathery, fern-like compound leaves emerges a bright buttery gold, matures to bright green, and returns to gold in fall.  Grows best in full sun and rich, moist, well-drained soils. Tolerates drought, flooding, urban conditions, and black walnut trees. Sunburst is both seedless and thornless!
