Red Hot Sally II Salvia is a dwarf long-blooming herbaceous perennial grown as an annual with a uniform habit and deep green foliage.  The short spikes sporting hot red two-lipped tubular flowers with matching elongated calyxes bloom from late spring until frost if dead headed.  Flowers best in full sun and moist well-drained soils.  Drought tolerant and improved heat resistance.
