Solstyce Upright Nuttall Oak is a large native deciduous tree with a very upright oval crown. The large lobed foliage has a pair of deep sinuses in the middle and turns a subdued orange to red in fall. The acorns have scaly cups. Best grown in full sun and rich, moist, acidic well-drained soils. Very tolerant of urban conditions once established.

MAINTENANCE NEEDS: Low Maintenance. Chlorosis is common in alkaline or neutral soils.
