Golden Oregano is a bushy, edible perennial herb more used as an ornament for its showy gold foliage and pleasant aroma. The short flower clusters of pale white-pink flowers in summer are often removed to fully appreciate the foliage. Grows best with afternoon shade in Southern climates and well drained soils.
