Chartreuse on the Loose Catmint is a long-blooming compact spreading perennial named for its small, bright chartreuse foliage that smells strongly of mint.  Flower spikes covered with tiny fragrant blue flowers from soil to tip bloom from late spring through summer attract butterflies, pollinators, and hummingbirds. Prefers sunny areas in well-drained soils.  Tolerates light afternoon shade and drought.
