Crimson Fire Fringe Flower is a compact dwarf evergreen shrub with graceful arching branches with deep ruby foliage that fades to burgundy and heavy blooms of vibrant neon pink fringe-like flowers in late winter through spring. Best color in part sun and moist, acidic, well-drained soil.
