Star-Rush is a native clumping grass with upright fine foliage. A sedge like a plant with 3-10 white pointed bracts at the tops resembling flowers while the true, tiny and inconspicuous yellow flowers are at the end of white spikelets all of which appear through summer.  Prefers partial sun and wet, acidic soil.  Attracts Butterflies and pollinators.
