Description
Red Sensation Cordyline is a colorful broadleaf perennial often used as a house plant with long lace-shaped foliage that is deep red-burgundy with fine creamy yellow edging. It rarely flowers indoors. The best color occurs with bright indirect light and consistently moist well-drained peaty soils. When planted in the ground in its hardy zones, it can gain a palm tree-like habit over time.

MAINTENANCE NEEDS: Low maintenance. Do not place in direct sun. Reduce watering in winter. Easy to grow as houseplant as long as high humidity requirement is met. Watch for aphids, scale, mealybugs, and spider mites.
