Ruby Red Grapefruit is a red variety of the evergreen fruiting shrub a rounded habit known for its larger sized fruits. The highly fragrant late winter to spring flowers give way to large fruit with pale rinds and bright ruby red flesh when ready for harvest in winter. The fruits themselves are seedless and are sweeter with a low acid content. Grows best in full sun and moist well-drained acidic soils.  Ruby Red has improved disease resistance.
