Monrovia® Oak Leaf Acanthus is a clump-forming perennial with large lustrous oak-like foliage.  The flower spikes sporting small white snapdragon-like flowers enclosed by a spiny lilac bracts arranged in vertical rows bloom from late spring into summer.  Flowers best in average to fertile well-drained soils.  Can be an aggressive spreader.
